About Us

How Did We Begin?

Anataka was founded by Anna Banasiak, whose lifelong passion for fashion and decades of industry experience have shaped the brand from the very beginning. Together with her husband Marek Banasiak, she was among the creators of Monnari, one of Poland's best-known fashion brands. After years of building a successful fashion business, Anna set out to create a brand that would reflect her own vision of timeless elegance, exceptional quality and clothing designed for real women.

Where Are We From?

Founded in Łódź in 2012, in the heart of Poland's textile industry, Anataka designs every collection in its own creative studio, where each new idea comes to life. Our garments are ethically produced in carefully selected local factories across Poland.

We work exclusively with premium-quality materials, including Polish knitwear and fabrics sourced primarily from trusted European suppliers. Every piece reflects our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, refined details and long-lasting quality.

Each year we present two carefully curated capsule collections: Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter. Our designs are crafted from breathable, premium-quality fabrics including cotton, viscose, lyocell, mohair and soft wool.

Every collection blends timeless neutral tones with carefully selected accent colours, creating wardrobes that are both versatile and distinctive. Prints also play an important role in our identity—especially classic checks, which have become one of our signature design elements.
